Troy Brown5 StarAfter having several "big" named security companies manage our office alarm system and consistently being disappointed with their service and their technology (the alarm was constantly firing off on the weekends and consistently not being able to set the alarm without a reset on the way home) we decided to move and to try out someone with actual premises based in Kent. The service from all of the team at Amiga has been sensational, their engineers made our transition smooth and explained all of the technology clearly to all of our team when on site. We had calls from their office team prior installation, after installation and a couple of weeks later to ensure everything was running well and it was a nice change to know that real people in an actual office premise based in the county our offices are in actually cared how their system was running and to hear any feedback from us. I would highly recommend Amiga Alarms if you are in need to an alarm but also hold a high regard for customer service.Thursday 23rd December 2021
