Contacted Amps for a quote for a customer of mine who wanted spotlights in the living room. Price was good and work agreed. The customer then amended the work to include the dining room, which was added to the quote. The electrician arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work with no fuss or mess. Fantastic work and would highly recommend I hadn’t used amps before but when Josh and his team turned up they were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. As a contractor I go through many different trades trying to find someone who won’t let me down and I have finally found an electrical company I can rely on. I now use Amps every time. Price wise he is very reasonable, and there seems to be no hidden costs. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Always arrives on time and was very flexible. We are a business and were open at the time the repairs and work was done but the electrician waited very patiently at times when clients were in so as not to disturb them in our clinic. Tidy and very polite, he repaired our air con/heating system when a previous electrician could not. We have used them several times now and would definitely recommend. My experience with Amps has been first class from the outset. Liz in the office was efficient, polite and professional. My survey was carried out on time and thoroughly. Josh was able to bypass a faulty switch pending replacement so we could continue to use the connected appliance. The quote was received promptly and comprehensively represented what was requested at the survey. The work was carried out by Josh at the agreed day and time. He worked quickly and confidently, rewiring our kitchen spotlights and replacing a faulty cooker switch. On completion of the work the kitchen was left clean and tidy. Josh was also able to identify two issues to bear in mind for future work. I have no hesitation in recommending Amps and will certainly use them for any future work.

We needed an electrician to sort out a few small but nevertheless important and necessary jobs in and around the house. I emailed all my work colleagues for recommendations and received 5 or 6. But Josh at Amps was the only one to respond to my messages. He booked a date very soon after my call, arrived on time, was polite and professional throughout. He charges very fairly and explains exactly what he'll do and how. We're incredibly grateful to him and recommend him without any hesitation.

Joshua carried out a variety of electrical work at our house two months ago, including the installation of three lights and a double plug in the garden, two chandelier style lights and a cooker hood indoors. All of the work was completed in one day. He was very professional and we were happy with the price we paid. Joshua is a friendly and courteous person and he was conscientious about cleaning up after himself so we highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again in future if we need any more work done.

Joshua was very punctual, polite and professional. He installed a new socket panel and a ring doorbell for us. He didn't charge us when the doorbell ended up being a longer, more fiddly job. Will definitely hire again in the future and recommend to friends and family.
