The staff at AMS were very helpful. It was was nice to put a face to the person behind the phone. Very professional and very helpful. Answered all our questions with ease.

Awful company avoid at all costs! Visited a relatives property to look at a stair lift, not only did they break the stair lift but left deep groves in the track then sent in a ridiculous bill for causing extensive damage, including call out charges, when it was stated no call out charge on their business card. A bunch of cowboys and charlatans would describe them well!

Disgusting company. They cold called my mum and pressured her to sign a contract for servicing her stair lift. When I asked her about it she didn't know what she had signed and AMS didn't even give her a copy of the agreement! They also said that they are dealing with the warranty for her stairlift but they would not honour the warranty unless she signed the agreement. Taking advantage of the vulnerable seems to be their business model. Avoid at all costs.

Had these muppets out to fix my fathers stairlift. The engineer said it needed new batteries and then fitted 2 batteries that were meant for emergency lighting! He didn't plug the stairlift in and the batteries went flat..and they do not recharge so wanted me to buy more batteries! Have since found out from a trained engineer that said batteries could have exploded. Do not touch this company with a bargepole. They are useless
