Thomas William2 StarCompany advised 20 minute wait, stopped responding to my calls after around an hour, driver then turned up after an hour and a half. Strange service, unfair to still send the driver when I would obviously have made other arrangements given that they were so late and not responding to calls, the driver was very nice, phone operator not so much.Monday 5th December 2022
