Terrible experience. My 93 year old aunt used the alarm after falling in the kitchen and banging her head. She was told an ambulance had been called and they then contacted my sister. They did not contact my sister again and we were unable to get through to them on the phone. I eventually got through about 3 hours later and was informed that they had spoken to my aunt again, but they couldn't tell me whether an ambulance had attended or where she was, they said she might have gone to bed if she was tired! Eventually we discovered my aunt was still lying on the floor with an injured head and only wearing a nightgown. She spent 7.5 hours lying freezing on the floor. I have put in a complaint, but guess what ? NO REPLY

terrible, after being phoned to be told wifes alarm has gone off, i phoned wife, all ok. wife well. i told the team id spoken with my wife and all is well, only to be told we cant take your word for it so will dispatch an ambulance.
