What a great delight it was dealing with AR smart systems. Al was super professional and helpful throughout the whole process. We went for the home alarm system which is fantastic. Their after sale service is great and I will be recommending them to family and friends.

I cannot speak too highly of the service I received from AR Smart Systems. I would recommend them to anyone. I am clueless when it comes to technology, I just knew that I needed reliable, unobtrusive internet in my garden studio. Al talked me through my options, explaining clearly and in simple language how to best achieve what I wanted in the most economical way. He could easily have baffled me into thinking I needed a more sophisticated and expensive solution but he didn’t! Not only did he install everything, he is on hand to monitor from afar, should anything go wrong, and provides an on going after care service and advice. Highly recommended.

First class service from AR Smart Systems! I wanted a security system for my house but, to be honest, needed to be guided through the minefield of options available. Given the variety of these options, I also needed complete trust that my interests were being looked after. This is exactly the service I received. To design the system, the team very professionally ran me through my requirements (budget, house coverage etc), proposed an initial solution (manufacturer, no. of cameras, position etc) and we agreed a final solution. I was consulted throughout and the options were clearly laid out for me to make a decision. Installation was booked in quickly and when at my house, they were really respectful to my property, completely cleared up and the finished system was better than I had expected. Overall, which is why I have taken the time to write such a comprehensive review, I wasn’t sure what I wanted or who to go with but the service I was provided by these guys was first class. Highly recommend them!

Very impressed... We had used a "bigger name" security company at our previous property and we invited them back to quote our new home, however, the whole experience felt like a sales pitch. I had been recommended AR Smart Systems by a friend, so offered them the opportunity to quote. We were visited by Al, who made us feel at ease straight away. After the visit we received a quote and a plan of how the system would be installed. The system was installed as planned, Al spent time with my wife and I explaining how to use the system. Very happy with the alarm and the experience.
