ARC Binchester spontaneously offered to provide us with a courtesy car for free which they did for the whole time the repair+insurance approval took. They helped getting everything sorted out with our insurance and we could get our car repaired without any problems. Very friendly, professional and accomodating staff. Sorted my car roof after 3 of my neighbour's ridge tiles blew off and landed on top of it.
Went in a complete mess and came back pristine. Also sorted a tracking problem for me whilst it was in their care. Great communication, competitive price and turned around in less than 4 days. Whilst on the phone to them they informed me that an insurance company was on the other line and would call me back as the insurance company was important call and would call me back.
