I contacted this garage to get my Citreon fixed. Was told by mechanic that he is too busy all week, I asked him for a future appointment, the following week. He said "ring tomorrow and I will try to fit you in" He said this again for 2 more days and I thought that he sounded very stressed. This garage mechanic was also never in to answer the phone before 9.30am. I used a main dealer instead, who answer phones before 9am and give you a proper appointment time. If you are busy and you can afford to pay a bit more, forget about the one-man garages and use the main dealer for a far better customer experience. The main dealer even threw in a free service and delivered my fixed car to my house.

Car went in for 3 small jobs told by Peter to pre mot car and Peter would get work done within 10 day retest time. Car was then left sat for nearly 3 months with no work carried out, when requested the car back do I could get another mechanic to fix it, I was told he would put it in car park for me to collect. Got lift down to find this had not been done. 3 days later the car was moved into a public car park and left with no tax or MOT and a completely flat battery. I was not notified, when I raised this with Peter that I was not happy but it’s to late to do anything now his response was “I Don’t Really care”. Very Rude !

Enquiring about a potential job, honest about my enquiries and that wanted to get a rough guide on prices and a couple of quotes before deciding. Very rude and said ‘not interested’ and put the phone down.

Wonderful village pub. It does a brilliant Sunday roast and has great menu at other times. Staff are friendly and it has a lovely welcoming atmosphere.

Peter's brilliant is all I can say. I've been using him and recommending him for years and I wouldn't take my car or want anyone I know to get their car serviced anywhere else.
