Arthur Atkinson – What we do

We may be new to you but we’ve been delivering fuel in North Yorkshire for over 85 years.

Here at Arthur Atkinson we supply domestic and commercial customers with a range of certified ‘Ready to Burn’ kiln dried firewood & smokeless briquettes which are suitable for use in traditional open fires, wood burners & multi-fuel stoves.

Our outdoor range of fuel includes lumpwood charcoal, pizza oven wood, Calor® Gas and eco friendly biomass products all of which are perfect for cooking outdoors.

We offer regular local deliveries in Knaresborough, Harrogate, Ripon & Boroughbridge collection from our premises in Lingerfield is also available, our opening times can be found here.

We work closely with all our manufacturers, suppliers, stove retailers, installers and chimney sweeps aiming to educate consumers on the importance of using the correct fuel for their appliance.
