Mary Davis5 StarI had a broken key casing on my only car key.
I initially emailed a question about cost and whether to book before I came, and had a very nice and prompt response. So I was able to turn up without an appt and have my damaged key swapped into a new casing.
I also asked about a spare key to be cut as I've a habit of locking keys in my car, done that before!
They were very sweet and said it would be £15 to make a none click copy, but as the old key had a spare metal part that would still work asked me if I would like to just keep the old metal key part and not charge me for cutting a new one. It will still unlock the car for me. I hadn't thought of that! I appreciated that he didn't chuck the metal old part and charge me for another key to be cut. Pretty decent of him. A very polite and efficient service. I would highly recommendMonday 7th June 2021
