Dean Youngs5 StarOver the last 18 months - I have had new front and back doors installed, as well as most windows in the house. Everything was handled with great care by Jamie and the team. But for me, by far the most important aspect is that not only day they look AMAZING with exceptional fitting - they actually make a huge difference with retaining heat in our home. We had been badly let down by the original suppliers of our aluminum bi fold doors and windows but Jamie and the team at AstraFrame came to the rescue. Our order arrived before the original date we had been given and Jamie worked hard to try to get our order through as quickly as possible. Luke who fitted our windows and doors was also amazing. Christopher Hindle5 StarI searched online for a local supplier for a upvc garage window, received one of several quotations and decided to accept Astra Frames as they had a competitive price and a fairly short lead time. On acceptance of there quote and email communication with there manager Chris Wells things went very smoothly, prompt communication, time frame very good and end upvc frame very pleased with.
