I have used this company on a couple of occasions and cannot praise the quality of work enough. On both occasions the electrician was prompt, discussed his plan for the work before starting, extremely polite and left no mess whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again.

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all. Avoid. your electricians follow people home pretending to be the police and scared by girlfriend it does not get any more unprofessional than that! My girlfriend is 23 years this guy that wear glasses is in his 50’s bit chubby and drives a pickup with the reg ending CHL... he thinks he’s the police. The police told me he should not be doing this and it’s against the law. Get a life! I hope this is expanded enough for you!

Extremely professional, polite and courteous. They listen to what you want and are very clear about their fees. I have used them for 5 years and if anything goes wrong with what they have installed they are back to fix it without any quibble. If you want attention to detail, adherence to high standards and safety then Atwood delivers all that and more. I like that they take pride in their work and make sure the products they supply are above average and not the cheap and cheerful rubbish that many others supply. They are innovative and creative and up to speed in energy efficient products.

Satisfactory work and friendly workers. But poor communication with us and other trades caused confusion and some delays. Final invoice was unreasonable and significantly higher than the estimate. We had some additional work but final price was shocking. Atwood refused to provide breakdown of costs for the additional work, then attempted to charge £94 for a breakdown. Any attempts to reach reasonable settlement were dismissed. They then provided a partial breakdown and increased the final bill. Paid under protest to avoid threats of Court but whole experience deeply stressful.
