I needed help with a Hyundai that had a strange battery drain. Arthur was able to book me in within a week. He gave a great estimate of the cost of the works, and explained what he would test. As per many other reviews on here, he is so knowledgable and was able to quickly locate the fault - and rectify it. Fair pricing, tremendous experience of auto electrical faults, and a thoroughly nice person to deal with. If you're in the area or can get here, I cannot advise enough speaking to Arthur first on anything auto-electrical. He really is a gem in this industry and we are lucky to have his business in Woking.

Excellent customer service. Sorted my electrical fault on the boot lid break light on my Audi A5 in less than 2 hours . If ever I have another fault he's the man I will call first . Great service ,knows what he's doing and excellent price too.

I had an inoperative reversing light, meaning the annoying error message was coming up on the dash every morning when I reversed off my drive. Being an Alfa Romeo, it has unfathomable electrics (all the wires are black! and very thin) so I was likely to make matters worse by monkeying with it myself. Once I dropped the car off at AES, Arthur resolved the issue in an hour - not only tracing and replacing the cracked light wire, but also finding and fixing a separate broken rear window demister wire too. Professional, personable, recommended.

An absolutely brilliant tradesman. Knew instantly the problem with my 77 Alfa, and also sorted out other issues whilst there. Issues that I'd just assumed 'thats how it is'. Add to that, he is a really nice person too. Thank you for getting my car running. 10/10 highly recommended.
