Jack Tompsett5 Star(I thought) I had a battery drain issue which turned out to be an incorrect battery installed by someone else previously on my Jeep. Jon explained he thought the battery was too small for the car from the get go but I wanted to go ahead with the diagnostic for peace of mind anyway. They were fantastic and explained different processes to me when nothing came up on the extensive diagnostics performed. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
