Had a turbo failure on my Mercedes E350, garage I bought the car from refused to look at it for me. Went and spoke with Darren about it, he told me that Autohaus had done several turbo’s on the same engine as mine and showed me pictures of previous work. I spoke with the technician Scott, so felt confident they would do a good repair. Darren recovered the car from my home to the garage for me. As soon as work commenced on the car Darren was in communication with me! I was kept up to date with the status of parts and costs before they went ahead and ordered them. From start to finish I was impressed by Autohaus, very professional and customer focussed. My repair was done at a great price too, around £1000 cheaper than I expected. I will be using them again and will be recommending them to family and friends for all vehicle repairs! Thank you Darren for the work you’ve done to get my car up and running again!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that won’t charge you for something that is not required. I wanted to fix strange suspension noises in 05 CLK which different garage couldn’t identify. They’ve contacted me saying that everything was checked and that they cannot locate the exact issue so it won’t be possible to guarantee the repair and then advised that it’s best not to just change random parts and hope for the best. They would be happy to disassemble the suspension and check part by part but only after my confirmation as it would come at a cost. In the end, they didn’t charge my anything for the initial check but gave a lot of advices. Overall, I am very happy about the service provided and would definitely recommend Autohaus.

My dad who is 80, dropped his car off this Thursday, Darren (owner) dropped him back home to ensure he got home safely. He communicated the issue & what needed fixing & within 24 hours, had the car ready to be collected but due to the extremely windy weather today, thought it would be better if they dropped the car back to my dad. I have never ever known service like. Darren is awesome, professional, knowledgeable, great personality & a true gent ! The staff there are extremely professional & excellent customer service, second to none, he now has a customer for life. We will also refer him to all our friends/family. Darren really went above & beyond, I would give him & the garage 6 stars if i could, just amazing from start to finish !
