Autonomy Care

Our care services are provided by three divisions, Autonomy Life, Autonomy Care and Autonomy Plus. Autonomy Life provides residential care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Autonomy Care provides domiciliary care services within individuals’ own homes and in the wider community and Autonomy Plus provides residential care for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.

There were some good staff but unfortunately there's very bad behaviour from the management at the Melksham office/shop. They always told lies and constantly caused problems for me deliberately for example they would ignore and even worse increase my problems. The CQC rating they had is an absolute joke. My advice is for anybody who needs care is to stay well and truly clear of this company because with the management they have in the office/shop they will only make things worse rather than better as they would mistreat and victimise people who don't deserve it and treat bad people with tender loving care even bad staff members. Don't go within a mile of this company go somewhere where they will treat you like family where as this company don't do that at all. Stay well clear of this company You have been warned!!!

The company is not suitable and very unreasonable, and bad behaviour from all office staff bad at giving notice of changes to payment charges, I would advise that anyone stays clear of this company and from what I have been told by the care ladys the pay is very low at £7.50 a hour, yet they are charging you £32.95 a week for care or more if you have more than 2 days a week my advice stay clear of them.
