Mixed review. I was impressed with the plumber's punctuality and how he cleaned up after himself and he did a good job. I asked him about the possibility of changing my bath taps because they are stiff. He said it was possible and we talked about the type of taps that would work. He said he would look for some and get back to me. I didn't hear anything more so I emailed the company. They said they would be happy to help but could I email them with details of what I wanted. Perhaps I expect too much. I thought a conversation was enough and the fact the plumber said he would get back to me. I was told that the plumber couldn't be expected to remember details of the job. They did a good job on the day but that extra personal touch was not there. Perhaps it's just the way of the world these days. Most things have to be electronic. It was a shame. I would have given a really good review. What people want these days is superb customer service. That is what makes a company stand out.

Very pleased with service from Axis Plumbing. Quick and clear communication and high standard of work. They have done a few jobs for us now including fitting kitchen sink, fixing WC and installing an outside tap. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service. Really professional person took the call, and despite the late hour, they had a plumber out within a couple of hours. He proceeded to spend hours diagnosing the problem (the house is old, and the system complicated), ready for a colleague to come back first thing to resolve. All done for a very reasonable price. Genuinely the best plumber I have ever dealt with (and I've dealt with a lot over the years!!). Well done Axis.
