I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the service Azam has provided. I've been trying to get a copy of my electric gas certificate for over 2 years and when I've been told it will be provided it hasn't been. In addition to this I've been trying to book an appointment with him for months and there has a lack of response to calls and messages. I really didn't want to use another engineer for this year's safety check but I'm going to have to. UPDATE: Azam has finally responded to my messages with the following message "Hello, i have seen you have put bad review in the google. I must remind you that you have never been our customer, i have not done any job for you and the certificate you were asked you havent pay for it. Now if you do not change your comment I will take your company to the legal action. I have taken a screen shot of your comments Thanks" ...... Hello Azam, Once again it is disappointing to find that you have only responded to my messages as a result of me leaving the review which was done as a last resort. In addition, your threatening response further highlights the unprofessionalism I mentioned in the review. I personally know the impact a review can make on a business and do not take such an action lightly. You previously conducted the electrical safety test for the property and therefore have carried out work before. This is the reason why we were patient and really wanted to use your services again and book another appointment for this year. I find your response to be disingenuous as you agreed to provide a copy of the certificate with no objections. If you had any doubts about our right to view the certificate all you had to do was ask for evidence and we would've happily accommodated your request. Not once did you mention that payment was needed to be made to recieve a copy of the electrical certificate otherwise this would have been resolved years ago. It truly is a shame as we really like to go out of our way to support SMEs.

My immersion heater had stopped working. He arrived on time and confirmed that all that was required was a new thermostat. He sourced the parts locally and fitted within an hour. It's all now working and it was very reasonably priced.
