Great contact and communication, he made sure to fit his visits around the work schedule I had, which I really appreciated.
He gave great advice on the parts and equipment that would need to be bought and didn't try to oversell at all! Which is an absolute breath of fresh air.
Really reasonable quoted time for the work to be done and he kept me up to date with each step of the progress. The work is flawless, looks great and has been flawless since.
He went above and beyond for even the smallest task and I really couldn't have hoped for better work.
