Brian was friendly, really professional taking care to lay rugs and sheets to prevent dust getting anywhere and accommodated a problematic vintage style switch for me that was pretty but not really fit for purpose until he made it that way. He put in extra effort and time to use my little switch and to make it how I wanted it so that the switch etc looked like it had always been there. He patched up the roof from the broken light fitting and cleaned up, all for the price he quoted. Definitely will use him for all electrical stuff and already referred him to a friend.

Our oven broke on Christmas eve, wife in bits, family all over for Christmas. Tried the insurance company couldn't help. Messaged BJR Electrical on the off chance they had some idea of what we could try, but to our delight Brian said, he would come out and have a look on Christmas Day - WOW. He turned up as promised, got us going and rather then making a fast buck with "its double because its a holiday" he charged us going rate. AMAZING - saved Christmas and for that we will always be grateful. Thank you Brian.

Poor. Had to re-arrange an appointment 3 times taking two days off work unpaid. The proprietor got very aggressive when challenged. in the end I went with another local contractor.
