Baby Swimmers & Swimmers Academy - Swimming Lessons

Baby Swimmers is a family-run award-winning baby & toddler swim school that teaches babies from 6 weeks across North & West Yorkshire.

We also teach older children (and even adults!) through our Swimmers Academy

Baby swimming has so many benefits

! As well as teaching your baby how to be safe in water, itтs also good for their physical, mental and emotional development.

Itтs also a great way to spend quality, focused time having lots of fun together; while the skin-to-skin contact is fantastic for nurturing the bond between the two of you. What could be better?

CLASSES

We take babies from 6 weeks old, so you can start swimming with Baby Swimmers as soon as you and your baby are ready and happy to do so (and because of all the benefits

to be gained, the earlier, the better).

Baby Swimmers uses the STA Swim Star Swim School Programme, so you can rest assured that we work to the highest industry standards.

Our structured lessons

follow the STAтs International Learn to Swim programme

, and your little one will soon gain confidence in the water as we build a foundation to help them learn to swim independently. Theyтll also learn vital water safety skills.

We also run classes for older children and teenagers through our Swimmers Academy

; and although most of the children who swim with us have progressed through our Baby & Pre-School programme

, others have joined at a later stage.
