Babylon Design

Founded in 1994, Babylon Design offers Garden Design in South East of England and beyond. We specialise in the design, build, and maintenance of private gardens. Based on the border of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Babylon Design is able to undertake projects of any size in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Babylon Design also travels further afield to London or other areas if the project is of a sufficient scale. We have even travelled as far away as Devon to undertake the planting of a large garden that had been hard landscaped by a local company.

During the last 20 years, Babylon has transformed hundreds of drab and barren gardens into vibrant, beautiful and sustainable spaces to be enjoyed by their owners. The gardens have varied from small courtyard gardens to country estates with dozens of acres. What unites the gardens that we work on is that plants are the most important element as we are passionate about planting and the creative opportunities they present.

Babylon Design offers a range of services including garden design, soft and hard landscaping, garden maintenance, design and planting of borders, tree and hedge planting, turfing, meadow management and enhancement, woodland management and bulb planting. These can be one-off services or part of a longer term relationship whereby a garden is gradually improved over a period of years.
