At Bailey Care Services we can provide you with quality, caring, skilled workers to support in your care and health environments. We will work with you to understand what values, behaviours and skills you need to support you to deliver effectively. Whether it is emergency short notice cover, planned upcoming holidays and shift cover or support recruiting to more permanent positions, we can assist you. All our office staff have first-hand experience in health and/or care delivery to reassure you they understand the environment you and your staff are working in.
Bailey Care Services enables people who are in need of support to maintain their independence and to stay in their own home whilst receiving a truly personal and professional service.
We provide workers into all environments; with supported living services we can support you to provide services to individuals living within the community, either alone, or in shared accommodation. Our healthcare and support staff are all experienced in working with individuals who need help at home to learn new skills or maintain independence with everyday tasks including personal care, household support and getting out in the community. We can work with you to identify carers with specific skills or qualifications for the individual(s) needing support. We can provide workers for the short term, to cover post-operative or convalescence periods, respite care or holiday cover for your own longer term needs, specialist nursing care and 24 hour live-in care.

The whole interview process was quick and relatively painless, the ladies in the office were very kind and welcoming from the very first telephone interview.

Since starting at Bailey care I have felt supported in learning my role as a recruitment consultant.
The training schedule can seem a bit much at first but it really does help to grow in your roll and time is always given to attend the virtual events and complete coursework.

The staff are very kind and attentive when it comes to helping me in areas I don't know, and I've learned a lot on the job. Sometimes the workload feels overwhelming, but I've found that feeling to disappear quickly after as I start to work through it.
