Staff ignore u when u walk in on the rare occasion its open. None of the self service machines work either. A 2 minute trip in any other bank takes atleast 15 mins here. Awful

My 87 years mother went to branch yesterday with my sister to do some personal business when they entered the branch they were told by Manager my sister couldn't come in she is my mother's carer which explained to him he told her to get out, my mother and sister were very upset by this they felt he is bully. Is anyway way to treat your customers not. Remember the customers are keeping your Management and staff in job.

Whilst I appreciate these are difficult times today I visited this branch, any other time when Ive been in the staff none of whom I saw today are excellent, however not so in this instance. From standing the regulatory 2mts apart 2 of the women at the door were not the most helpful/pleasant, abrupt in manner. I was told to go to the back if bank where a woman behind the glass was again abrupt to the point of rudeness hardly letting me carry out my business. One of the ladies who wore glasses, appologies did not get your name was the only pleasant lady amongst them. I can only hope that their manner improves.
