Fantastic service from Bathroom Basics! I went to Bathroom Basics for a whole new bathroom with electric shower. They offered a great, practical solution with wall cladding that looks fantastic! The small room looks so much more spacious now. My focus was on ease of maintenance and I couldn't have asked for more - BrB provided the ideal solution for me. Despite the room being quite troublesome to work in with poor plasterwork and some odd angles, so there was quite a bit more work required than expected, but the lads did a brilliant job and were friendly and polite throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Bathroom Basics. I don't think I could be any happier with the result!

Dave & his team installed a new bathroom for my mum & dad. They were very respectful with my elderly parents even though we had a couple of hiccups along the way they were very responsive & put right the errors & left everything to a 100% satisfactory result. 2 year no quibble guarantee is a waste of time. Reported shower leaking for second time since install within a year on 14th December over phone and via email. It’s now Christmas Day and they have never bothered to reply and I’m still without a useable shower when it’s a quick fix for one of their techs they just can’t be bothered to send one out. Also shower seat poor quality and side of sink units warping. Flooring was fitted shoddily too from word go but as in corner felt I could live with flooring issue alone. Avoid them if you can !!

What can I say, they truly are very good at their jobs, had a fully fitted bathroom done and they were very professional in doing that it looks fabulous, and the quality of there bathroom stuff is top quality, i am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional service from start of the quote and sound advice from Steve to the work throughout from the workers Andy & Liam of high standard of workmanship who were very respectful of property, punctual & their individual workmanship top notch with rubbish etc. taken away throughout job and not left all to the end. Very impressed! Would definitely recommend this company to others & will be using again myself in future and just love my new look en suite bathroom!! Thank you!!
