I called BB Alarms giving very short notice having been let down by another company. Without any fuss, they sent an engineer who arrived at exactly the time stated and carried out the repair quickly, efficiently and left everything extremely clean and very tidy. Great service and friendly people to deal with.

Called them for an alarm repair, the engineer called the following day. We found BB alarms responsive, polite, and amongst other things they fixed our problem in no time, and above all very reasonably priced. I would recommend that if you have an alarm malfunction to contact them without concerns.

Having dealt with a long standing alarm company based in Thornwood for many years, their customer service deteriorated to a low standard. My alarm developed a fault and I needed technical assistance, after speaking with a few companies, BBA were very receptive and in a very timely manner (the same day) attended my property quickly diagnosed the fault and repaired it, the whole process was very easy, coupled with great customer service! I would highly recommend BBA for all your security needs.
