I used Beal’s at North End, Portsmouth, to sell my mother’s property. I was very impressed with Brett Gamblin's professionalism, tenacity and communication skills. The initial buyers dropped out after 10 weeks, Brett re-marketed the property and immediately secured another buyer. Covid and other circumstances delayed completion, but Brett effectively managed expectations with the prospective buyer, and maintained regular communications with me to successfully complete the sale.
