Matt Hart5 StarThis is Rose Lanes best kept secret ! Family run buisness very popular with locals and visitors. Amazing Coffee and Cakes. Really friendly team who are happy to help. Fresh cakes and food every day. Dog friendly clean and tidy. This shop is a great addition to the Smithdown Road coffee shop. They also do some great food so well worth a visit. Dan Crane3 StarActual food (delicious sausage roll and cake, coffee) we had for takeaway was expensive, but nice. However, customer service was disinterested/unfriendly/quiet. 'There you go' is hardly the way to give new customers their food and drinks - if customers give a cheery goodbye it is generally good practice to do the same. Lastly, why not put a sugar in a coffee if asked?Friday 20th May 2022

edwina dutton4 StarI have purchased several items in this cafe. Ham hock sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes really lovely and tasty. Saturdays were a dissapointment. Strawberrys are normally on the base then additional strawberries on top of their strawberry tarts for £3.50. Today's were much smaller but I have to say this was dealt with swiftly by the owner and has now been resolved, Thank you.Monday 6th June 2022
