Graham Chandler1 StarShocking. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Replace the part which didn't actually need replacing. I paid for it. Didn't actually fix the problem then spent another 2 occasions coming round trying to sort it out probably the equivalent of a couple of hours or more. Still no idea. I contacted another plumber and he sorted it within 20 minutes. Heard other horror stories since. Never again. I'd rather try to fix it myselfMonday 19th October 2020
