Great experience from start to finish. In the store, the salesman was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The area for setting up a purchase is comfortable and open, with the whole floor clean and very well presented. Delivery updates were regular so I was always aware of the process. I couldn't have asked for better delivery people! They carried everything upstairs, put it up for me (i did pay extra for that), and took their shoes off too! For being their first drop off, they were full of friendliness and super helpful. My second purchase from here and can't fault in any way. The quality of the items is wonderful too. They've done well through 3 home moves, being taken apart and rebuilt, and they're lovely pieces. Definitely recommended!

Good quality beds at reasonable prices but beware offers change constantly so it may be worth waiting if an item isn't significantly discounted or checking the usual price using a price comparison app. Staff helpful and delivery good. My bed is good quality and not too hard to assemble although you'll need 2 people to lift the base onto the hinge. And the instructions are not great, 8 different screws and little differentiation between which is which one in the photos.

Never deal with these crooks EVER. So they make up the terms of sale as they go along. Bought a mattress for 1100 so not cheap by any means. We needed to cancel today due to unforeseen financial reasons, with 2 weeks to go before the mattress is delivered. Poor girl in the store was left with the job of stating to me we can cancel it but you are liable for 20% of the cost. Who operates like this ? She had to consult her area manager who didn’t have the balls to ring me direct and fobbed me off to customer service who stated they couldn’t do a thing. Then back to the store I went only to be told the same, area manager wouldn’t budge, and told us to look at terms of sale, just so happens that the terms sent out to me by email we’re out of date this was confirmed by another branch, and that you are charged 20% for cancelling at any point was nowhere to be seen, area manager didn’t care and sent me packing to citizens advice . Absolutely atrocious behaviour from a company and can’t understand how they are able to get away with it. Company policy is in the gutter with the area manager

Good service from Roker branch . Helpful advice and guidance given ..no pressure to buy .. .Prompt notification of order and delivery date. Text updates received . Specific time slot given on delivery day and telephone call half an hour before delivery Team delivering the bed were friendly and helpful . I am a satisfied customer and would recommend the branch to family and friends
