Javen Briggs1 StarShame 0 stars is not an option! Avoid at all cost! Berkeley’s are the worst letting agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
They are rude and there communication is diabolical. So glad I don’t have to deal with them ever again now I have moved home. The staff at the barrow office are the worst they lie and always use the excuse of there “waiting to hear from the landlord” but after being in direct contact with my landlord it’s clear there all liars! Luckily after going through the Leicester branch I eventually got some contact and was given back my rent deposit after many months of calling Berkeley’s barrow office, don’t know why they have a phone as no one ever answers it!!Friday 25th March 2022
