BeSure have been looking after our intruder alarm for the last 16 years. They are always very reliable, and the current engineer, who has been servicing the system for the last umpteen years, is courteous, respectful and totally trustworthy. I was a little taken aback several years ago, when I received the invoice for the work several weeks before the engineer appeared, but they do explain that it isn't payable until the work is complete, and you are satisfied. I am totally satisfied with BeSure. 10/10 A*

I had an alarm fault and called out of hours for assistance. They were prompt and arranged for an engineer to visit me urgently as soon as the office opened. He duly called at an arranged time and installed a new battery to solve the problem. He was polite and courteous.
