Really professional and kind. Lee is someone who knows exactly what he is doing. Quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it the same day. You can be sure he's also not someone who will rip you off, very very reasonable pricing. Even though the job turned out to be more than what was quoted Lee stuck to the original quote. Will definitely recommend him for any heating issues.

Rang better call Lee today and straight away he was helpful giving me advice about reset options (boiler temperamental). He was honest and helpful giving advice then talking us through his ‘fault finder’ charge. Lee visited within the hour and was a superstar! He diagnosed fault ( he’s known as the boiler whisperer) and dealt with it there and then. He was excellent. I was very comfortable with him and impressed by his manner. A true gentleman! I would fully recommend Lee. SO, BETTER CALL LEE :-)

Nice Gentleman. Called out for small boiler issue. He was very nice and didn't charge me but spent more than 10 mins explaining everything. LEE sorted out the issue

Definitely recommend Lee. Lovely guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. We had been let down before, so it was great to find someone reliable. We are really pleased with our new boiler. At last we have hot water and our radiators are all working well again too. So very glad we made the call!
