jason biddulph1 StarTold me I needed an allen key to do my brakes argued it wasn't a T45 head on the brake caliper bolts told me it's a 7mm allen key, it is a T45 on a ford focus. They said if I couldn't do it take it to them, obviously wanted me to mess it up so I'd go to them and get ripped offSaturday 2nd April 2022
John Rea5 StarWindshield wipers front and back had deteriorated. Visited Birmingham Auto Parts who took the front ones off and replaced them. They never had the rear one in as it was not a size they kept but they ordered one for me. Upon my return to pick up the wiper it had been ordered but not delivered. I asked if another one could be fitted. One of the gentlemen came out and he made one fit perfectly. Amazing and friendly. Wouldn't use anywhere else for my spares.Sunday 31st October 2021

Kevin Kevin1 StarDon t go there,unless you want to replace a bulb or wiper and still have to double ckeck everything they touched to replace or fix and make sure it s in place like screws,pipes,hoses, trays,wires connection and so on...they have no proper knowledge of serious issues that an engine can have,only assuming and trying on your own money and time ,i went there with 2 cars and 1 of them i almost scrap it as they forget to just assembly back all the parts together that wasn't even an issue for what they supposed to replace or fix,you will hear a lot of "we ordered the parts but are just worng,we need to keep your car for one or few more days because of that" or "we replaced that part but the problem it s seems to be something else" and even after waiting they couldn't fix it properly or even if they fix it the car won t run/work normal as they use cheapest parts available just to "get you back on the road" (for few weeks,months at best) i finally understood and learn my lesson with cheaper prices especially with local garage's, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND OTHER ROAD USERS DON T USE THIS GARAGE OR OTHER SIMILAR LOCALS TO SAVE A LITTLE MONEY ,you will regret it sooner than you think.Friday 10th December 2021
