Nick Stewart1 StarThis company is in my opinion extremely expensive! My advice to anyone wishing to use them is to get an estimate first! And hold them to it! I have been sent an invoice for over £500 for a lock repair! If I had had a typed estimate up front, at least I could have shopped around for more cost effective quotes. The work is done, the lock is working but I do feel as though I’ve been taken advantage of. Just saying.
Note: In response to your reply, I was only made aware of your charge out rate after the job was completed (just to get the facts straight). In hindsight, I should have insisted that you informed me of the component costs before proceeding any further because I could have sourced a similar replacement locking system for half the amount of your invoice. It's my error, but I did trust the reviews that I read and assumed that, you would have have informed me of the costs involved as a matter of professional courtesy, but you didn't.
