I’m not one to normally leave bad reviews as I try to be understanding of mistakes. However, I’m really disappointed in the service at this dry cleaner. The first time I used their services I dropped off two dresses from Reformation of the same dry clean only material. Recently, I tried to wear one of the dresses again and it had been shrunk significantly compared to the first time I had worn it. I returned to Blanc to ask what they could do to compensate me for this issue and they refused to do anything despite my dress now being much too small. The other dress is completely fine, so I struggle to understand how this is possible. While it had been 2 months since I picked up the dress, their policy is 24 hours to file any complaints. This is completely unreasonable as no one would normally be checking each item of clothing upon pickup within 24 hours. If you have delicate materials or pieces that are more expensive I would not recommend using this service as you risk having them ruined by this cleaner.

Phoebe and the team at Notting Hill have been brilliant, giving great advice on how to treat a mysterious stain on my favourite silk dress! I was pleasantly surprised that repeat dry cleans come free, even though the stain was stubborn and not staying in place due to any default in the dry cleaning process used. I would definitely recommend Blanc Notting Hill and Phoebe for great service and advice.

Had a new Loewe shirt with leather patch dry cleaned here a month ago. Unfortunately, something went wrong in the process and they informed me later on that the shirt was ruined. I made sure to ask them if they could do a specific type of dry cleaning as specified on the care label when I brought it in and they have confirmed, yes. Anyways, the good thing is they have good customer service and replaced it without me asking. However, it took a while for them to be open about it. The whole process took a while but I understand as they had to look for the shirt and order it. I've also had alterations here for my 2 jackets and they did a fantastic job just also took a while. For alterations I would definitely come back here.
