We paid over £2000 for a new boiler installation. The work was never finished. Now I'm having to pay another plumber to do the work that we have already paid for. DO NOT USE BLM!!!!

I have used BLM for 2 bathrooms, fireplace remove and central heating overhaul + new boiler (over 7 years). Very happy with all of their work. The best job was when he popped his head round the corner and told me the job was going to take him less time than he first thought and it would be £100's cheaper as a result. Honest!... I also know they help out a small group of elderly low income people for free during winter. What prompted me to write this review was their response when I had a water leak in a home I just moved into.... 8pm they were round within 20mins. There are other examples I can give but once he has you as a customer you will see fantastic customer service and as a result peace of mind.

Barry and Anton did a great job of taking out my old tanks, cylinder etc..and replacing old boiler with new one no mess no fuss everything left clean and tidy would highly recommend. Thanks

Can I just say a huge thank you to Barry and his colleague for coming straight away to fix our hot water system. He stayed ar our house untill 9 at night because he new my sister was getting married the next day and I had her staying with another bridesmaid to get ready the morning of her wedding. I cannot thank you enough! You have always been so reliable but you really pulled out the stops this time. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 😀😁😃
