Every piece of equipment needed to get a fantastic workout. Like an old school bodybuilding gym but clean and modern. No one judges you, every one is friendly. Colin and Roy are super helpful. Advice and knowledge whenever you want it or need it.
Members range from young to old, small to large, thin to muscular. Everyone focussed on their workouts and not watching other people.
