The best place around. I have tried a few different places in the area and I haven't got the results like I have at BodyHQ with Chris. If you are looking to balance weight, lose weight, body tone, strength build, improve fitness and stamina... which have been some of my goals... BodyHQ is the place to go. 5+ Star every day of the week. I can personally recommend bootcamp and private personal training sessions.

I can honestly say Chris at BodyHQ has changed my life. Initially I joined BodyHQ to improve my fitness having changed my role from a physical one to pushing paper and keyboard duties. Chris has a wealth of knowledge in both exercise regimes and nutrition. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Chris at BodyHQ.
