John Fuller5 StarOnce again, cannot praise team high enough. Almost instant response to call for help and engineer on site in couple of days. The requested, very old, thermostatic valves were replace with minimum fuss or upheaval. Boiler they installed in February is brilliant. Again excellent from quotation through to final receipt. Very, very impressed by care, attention to detail, helpfulness and efficiency of all the team. A very professional job. 5 Stars in all departments. Most highly recommended.Friday 9th June 2017
Alun Pryer5 StarReally reliable company. Have used them a couple of times. Most recently to replace 4 bathroom radiator valves including addition of thermostats. This full day assignment turned out to be a lot more complicated than originally expected, but our Engineer, Alan did a great job completing the work in the same day. Jill Brown1 StarWARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This company will promise you a professional job at a very competitive price. They said they would fit my boiler within two days and it eventually took over 2 weeks with me basically self managing the works and having to take time off work and spoiling my kids school holidays to get the job complete. They will tell you lies about not being able to complete certain jobs they originally promised and continually chase you for payment on works unfinished with the proviso that they will process your boiler guarantee and boiler 24/7 years servicing guarantee and end of year service. The reality was I had to chase them for months to get a Bosch guarantee and they refuse to honour there servicing warranties/guarantees going forward. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Tuesday 23rd January 2018
