Having spent a weekend waiting for our Boiler Insurance company to find an engineer, we searched ourselves. Boilergurus were the first and only phone call we made. Lydia was fantastic, friendly and efficient. She kept us informed of the engineer's location and expected arrival time. Michal (the engineer) arrived and got right on the case, he quickly diagnosed the fault and restored warmth to our house. I couldnt recommend Boilergurus highly enough! Amazing!!
