I can’t praise enough the service I received extending the lease on my flat. It was a new and daunting experience made easy and straightforward, from the initial contact, to form filling, taken through each step by step, to completing the process. All admin staff were fab, but a shout out to Greta who handled my case. She was fab from start to finish, answered all my questions and emails were responded to within 24hrs. Great Team, Great Service, highly recommend to anyone. We had to get a lease extended and had to deal with a really nasty and unhelpful Landlord who just worked the system completely. Luckily, I was introduced Jake Holmes at Bonallack & Bishop and he made it so easy and sorted everything for us and he had all of the contacts to assist him and us. In all honesty from the moment, we started working with Jake he took all the pressure off of us and did everything and in the end, he got us a good deal.

I found Bonallack & Bishop online while seeking to extend the lease on my flat. My initial contact was with William Parsons who explained the process clearly and concisely and provided an estimate of costs I was happy with before passing me to the lease extension team of Greta Whitaker and Kirsty Dables. I was very happy with the Greta’s handling of the process and was kept up to date on progress throughout. Would definitely recommend this firm to anyone seeking a lease renewal.
