Sioux Hazeldon1 StarWent for an assessment for pip, I had a very bad experience, as I wasn't very well on the day. I was unable to do some of the exercises I was asked to do, so I was told that the assessment was being ended due to the pain I was in. The report was full of lies, when it went to be assessed by the office staff the 2 reports didn't tally. They decided to drop my benefits, because I had a mobility car to help me get around & because I was able to drive it, they took it off me. Luckily I was able to scrape enough money together, to get myself a little car. It's disgusting the way they treat people, I wouldn't recommend this joke of a place to anyone!!!! Not even my worst enemy!!!! Beware of this God forsaken place!!!!Friday 28th December 2018
Sven Lm1 StarNot wheelchair friendly, there is a ramp to the front door, however they are double doors that open outwards, with several steps very close immediately behind. If there is no one present to assist with the doors you may be at risk of tumbling backwards down the steps. Corridors inside are narrow barely more than a few inches either side of a wheelchair.Thursday 14th June 2018
