I just wanted to leave a note to say how fantastic Steve is. He is always available to answer any queries we have and will go above and beyond to help with any issues we are experiencing. Yesterday, he managed to fit in relocating an intruder detector for us in an already very hectic day for him. We appreciate this would have required a shuffling of jobs too, so many thanks for accommodating us. As always, brilliant customer service from all at BEHSS.

After our initial meeting, we felt Roger was very competent and professional. We had full confidence in the advice he gave us regarding the security requirements for both the house and out-buildings. Mark, who installed the system, worked cleanly and efficiently; no mess at all. Once the installation was complete, he showed us how to operate it, including the app he had installed on our mobiles. From our experience, we would have no hesitation in recommending BEHSS.

I have worked alongside BEHSS on various occasions whilst overseeing various building projects. Ive always found them very professional polite and promptness in the install. I have also recommended BEHSS to friends and neighbours. One neighbour was looking, and had been quoted by another large mainstream company for CCTV and replacement alarm system. I recommended to let Roger have a look. The result being that he was able to work with most of the existing system thus saving them a considerable amount off their original quote. I’ve always felt that Roger has been very good at the requirements needed for a system. But never oversells with needless “extras”. I look forward to working together again soon with Roger and his great team. 👍🏻
