Seyit Bozdag is both the founder and coach of Bozdag Taekwondo. He has had over 31 years of experience in taekwondo and started his career in Turkey, one of the most highly regarded countries for the sport. Seyit has successfully competed at the international level. He is now very much an active member of UK's taekwondo community and is therefore in a perfect position to keep you up to date with the latest developments in the sport and its techniques, tactics, training and science.

Extremely high standard of training and I would recommend to anyone looking to start Taekwondo. I started Taekwondo as an adult, and find that it is an extremely beneficial form of movement where you will develop flexibility, endurance, explosive power, cardio fitness and skills. Here you will find very high level coaching and develop in all of these areas.
