C “Gliese581d” J5 StarLeon really helped me out. I was without hot water for a while and at first tried to change the heating elements on my water tank, managed to get one off but the other wouldn't budge, I had already accepted that a new water tank would be needed and he arranged everything, got it fitted Xmas eve and everything is work.
