Paul came round after my boiler was continually losing pressure. He found the leak within minutes and also found a few other issues with the boiler. The leaking pipes were capped off and the boiler had a few repairs carried out and no problems since. It's worth mentioning that I'd called out other plumbers in the past and they'd only managed to do temporary fixes and the problem persisted but Paul has completely sorted it. I absolutely recommend Paul if you need a plumber.

Paul’s service tonight was simply outstanding on every level. He went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the boiler problem, plus he double-checked the radiators and all the boiler settings. He advised us on ways to economise and even set our timers for us to ensure we have the best possible heating and hot water set up for our needs. Highly recommended.

Paul was fantastic! Called him in the morning regarding broken boiler, he rearranged his day so he could visit and fix my issues - which he did in a timely professional manner, only a few hours later I was back up and running. Paul was the only person who made the effort to come out the same day, after realising my leaky boiler was an emergency.He was friendly, helpful and professional.Took his time but didn't charge me the earth for doing so. I'll stop wasting my money on monthly 'cover' that charges excess anyway.
