My dealings with Brodman have been excellent. From the initial meeting with Graham who assessed requirements and ensured the most efficient alarm upgrade. Richard the engineer was superb, customer friendly and knowledgeable. All managed in the background by Linda who communicates to ensure the work goes to plan. To top it off we had a smoke alarm defect (nothing to do with Brodman) and not knowing how to disable it I called Brodman and Richard helped me find the issue (at 11pm at night). I'm very pleased to have Brodman on board as my alarm installer and now maintenance provider. Highly recommend.

Our house alarm broke and we were panicking, tried to speak to many companies but no-one wanted to talk to us as we had no existing contract with them. Then I came across Brodman and the phone was picked by the lovely Linda who was just amazing! She managed to send us help the next day, first thing in the morning! The engineer (I think it was Wayne - apologies, completely forgot his name now!) arrived on time, did a fab job, very polite, courteous and spotted immediately what the problem was and sorted it quickly. We were charged as discussed and no extra surprising hidden costs! Such a relief to find a company that is really trying to help and that just feels human amongst all those anonymous corporations! A fab service all around ever since the first contact, would highly recommend them to anyone!

Graham is my "go to" when I need training and advice.
