Sent Tony a message through his website regarding an issue we were having with the lock on our French doors. He responded the same evening with a date to call round to take a look. He arrived punctually and quickly ascertained the issue, he quoted a price for the job within an hour with a date to complete the work. The job was done as scheduled to a great standard, he even made an adjustment to our back garage door handle just because he saw it had a slight issue. Tony is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.

My wife and I would recommend Tony every day of the week. He is a professional, friendly and highly knowledgable locksmith, with superb experience. He didn't try and oversell us anything, nor did he push us into more expensive options with longer labour costs. we've used a couple of local locksmiths, and we will not be looking for another one now. Plus, why would you every use one of those big, rip-off national companies, when you have a far better service in terms of quality and personability right here in Didcot?
