They fixed the most urgent item (no light in a toilet) on the same day we agreed on the quote; then scheduled a later date for the rest of the work. First of all Casey was a delight - solving all the problems you may have and leads with a strong operational platform to ensure that the work can be completed with accurate and fair quotation. Ben and Phil are superstars - gave me courtesy call to let me know when they were arriving - not late at all. Talked me through the whole process and where issues arose worked together with me to a recitfiable and amicable solution - truly professional and overall very easy and nice to work with. Offered advice after the fitting RING doorbells and floodlight (knowledgable and shared own experience on what to potentially look out for etc.).
